DESEN Company SPC floor and skirting line installation

First, please pay your attention to the points below before installation

1.Before installation, the SPC floor need to be placed on the site with a stable temperature for paving after 24 hours.

2.Make sure that the ground is clean without any dust before installation.

3.It is best to keep the indoor temperature between 15 and 28 degrees celsius when installing the floorboards.

Step 1, Place the first floorboard from the upper left corner of the room. In order to prevent the natural expansion of the floorboard,reserving 0.4cm gap between the wall and the floor.

Step2,When installing the second block in the first row, insert the short-side tenon into the groove of the first board. Continue to use the above method to install the rest floorboards on the direction of the first one.

Step3,When installing the last block in the first row, you need to take the floor to measure the remaining part.Note that the floorboard needs to be measured in reverse.

Finally, please use a utility knife to cut the surface of the floor and break it with hand then install the last floorboard in the first row.

Start to install the second row When installing the second floor, insert the short-side tenon into the groove of the previous floor .

When aligning the floorboard, place long-sided tenon end into the groove of the first row.

Put the long-sided tenon end into the corresponding floorboard groove lightly If there is a gap, a rubber hammer can be used to assist the paving,Install the rest floorboards in the same way.

Make sure to keep the necessary Expansion clearance between the vertical surface of all stationary objects in the room. this includes fixed objects such as doors, walls, cabinets, etc. allation method of the long side of the floor
